Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Spintones, we strive to provide the best possible service to our artists and clients.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel a service or release request before it has been processed for distribution.
Once a release has been delivered to digital platforms, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only available if a cancellation request is received before distribution begins.
Fees already paid for successfully distributed content are non-refundable.
If a payment error occurs (such as duplicate charges), please contact us within 7 days to request a correction.
3. How to Request
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at Spinntones@gmail.com with your order or release details.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
