Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Spintones, we strive to provide the best possible service to our artists and clients.

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a service or release request before it has been processed for distribution.

  • Once a release has been delivered to digital platforms, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if a cancellation request is received before distribution begins.

  • Fees already paid for successfully distributed content are non-refundable.

  • If a payment error occurs (such as duplicate charges), please contact us within 7 days to request a correction.

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
